I am a mining executive with over 25 years’ experience in business development, product development, strategy, operations management, technical leadership, and project management. In my current role of Process & Product Development Manager at Botswana Ash (Botash), I am responsible for the development of a portfolio of strategic growth projects as well as leading a Process Engineering team in providing technical support to internal and external customers.
My experience includes leading/operating and providing technical support to an integrated plant consisting of various unit operations such as power generation, CO2 Capture & Re-use, Brine abstraction and solar evaporation, soda ash and salt production.
I am an alumnus of the Wharton School of Executive Education (at the University of Pennsylvania), having completed the General Management Program.
I hold a B. S. in Chemical Engineering with a Minor in Chemistry from Kansas State University in USA
My professional membership includes being a Senior Member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AICHE) as well as Member of Project Management Institute (PMI)
